Cookies
We use cookies to improve your browsing experience and support the basic functions of the website.
• If you leave a comment, you may choose to save your name, email address, and website in a cookie. This is for your convenience so you do not need to re-enter these details next time. These cookies last for one year.
• When you visit the login page, a temporary cookie is created to test your browser’s cookie settings. It contains no personal information and is removed when you close your browser.
• When you log in, we create cookies that store your login details and display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and display-option cookies last for one year. Selecting “Remember Me” keeps you logged in for two weeks.
• If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be stored to record the post ID of the content you edited. This cookie lasts for one day.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Our pages may include embedded content such as videos, images, or articles. Embedded content behaves as if you visited that external website directly.
These websites may collect information about you, use their own cookies, or track how you interact with the embedded content, especially if you are logged into their services.
Who We Share Your Data With
If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the password-reset email.
How Long We Retain Your Data

You can also request that we delete any personal information we hold. This does not include information we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service.
